Program Purpose

The World Tribal Justice Department (WTJD) works closely with Member Tribes of the Global Village to enhance, develop, implement and re-establish a Global Tribal Court systems by providing guidance, support, and training. WTJD also acts as the liaison between individual Tribes of the Global Village and all and any Department of Justice, or Bureau of Indigenous Peoples.

WTJD hopes to build the capacity of Tribes of the Global Village to enable performance at their highest and most efficient levels, while exercising Tribal sovereignty throughout the Global Village and maintaining traditional and cultural values.

Program Description

WTJD assists in the drafting and writing of tribal codes; Provides access to the Global Tribal Judicial Systems; Helps to promote community wellness through Circle sentencing; and, Provides technical assistance to World Bar Association Member Tribes.   WTJD assists Tribes in establishing and implementing World Tribal Court orders and forms. WTJD provides on-site and regional technical assistance and training and sample templates of court orders and forms. WTJD collaborates locally through the Global Community Exchange System and the Supplementary World Social Media Court.

  1. Noocratically recognized Global Village Tribal Empire, Kingdom, and Nations**

**World Bar Association World Tribal Court Members will receive additional assistance

Healing Circles promote the tribal sovereignty of all tribal empires, kingdoms, and nations, throughout the Global District and restorative justice at all local levels.  Training is delivered upon request by any WBA Member Tribe.  If your Tribal Court is interested in this training, please contact the WBA Tribal Justice Center using the following information:
